    It would appear that Havana in Cuba that day (June 24th) was mainly cloudy. http://www.wunderground.com/history/airport/MUHA/2011/6/24/DailyHistory.html?req_city=NA&req_state=NA&req_statename=NA

    So far it appears that much of Venezuela was also cloudy that day but I could be wrong..

    So the sun appears to shine on cloudy days. How fascinating.
