PHOENIX, Arizona – July 29, 2010 – Does anyone read the U.S. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. The same goes for Attorney General Eric Holder. But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in our Constitution that is as plain as the nose on your face.

Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says:

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction…

“Original” jurisdiction means the power to conduct the “trial” of the case (as opposed to hearing an appeal from the judgment of a lower court). You all know quite well what a “trial” is – you see them all the time on TV shows: Perry Mason, Boston Legal, The Good Wife, etc. Witnesses testify and are cross-examined, etc.

The style of the Arizona case shows quite clearly that the named defendants are:

State of Arizona; and Janice K. Brewer,
Governor of the State of Arizona, in her
Official Capacity, Defendants.

See where it says, “State of Arizona” and “Janice K. Brewer, Governor of the State of Arizona, in her official Capacity”? That (plus Art. III, Sec. 2, clause 2) is what gives the U.S. Supreme Court “original Jurisdiction”, i.e., jurisdiction to conduct the trial of this case. That is what strips the federal district court of any jurisdiction whatsoever to hear this case. Judge Susan R. Bolton has no more authority to preside over this case than do you (unless you are a U.S. Supreme Court justice).

In Federalist No. 81 (13th paragraph), Alexander Hamilton commented on this exact provision of Art. III, Sec. 2, clause 2:

Let us now examine in what manner the judicial authority is to be distributed between the supreme and the inferior courts of the Union. The Supreme Court is to be invested with original jurisdiction, only “in cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers, and consuls, and those in which A STATE shall be a party.” Public ministers of every class are the immediate representatives of their sovereigns. All questions in which they are concerned are so directly connected with the public peace, that, as well for the preservation of this, as out of respect to the sovereignties they represent, it is both expedient and proper that such questions should be submitted in the first instance to the highest judicatory of the nation. Though consuls have not in strictness a diplomatic character, yet as they are the public agents of the nations to which they belong, the same observation is in a great measure applicable to them. In cases in which a State might happen to be a party, it would ill suit its dignity to be turned over to an inferior tribunal….[boldface added, caps in original]

Yet Attorney General Eric Holder filed the case in a court that is specifically stripped of jurisdiction to hear it!

So! Counsel for the State of Arizona should consider:

1. File a Petition for Removal before federal district court Judge Susan R. Bolton demanding that the case be removed to the Supreme Court on the ground that under Art. III, Sec. 2, clause 2, U.S. Constitution, only the Supreme Court has jurisdiction to conduct the trial of this case.

2. If Judge Bolton denies the Petition for Removal, then file a Petition for Writ of Mandamus in the Supreme Court asking that court to order Judge Bolton to transfer the case to the Supreme Court.

A Petition for Writ of Mandamus is an old common-law “extraordinary writ”: It asks a court to ORDER a lower court or other public official to something which it is its duty to do. In Kerr v. US District Court for Northern District of California (1976), the Supreme Court said, respecting the propriety of issuing writs of mandamus:

….the fact still remains that “only exceptional circumstances amounting to a judicial ‘usurpation of power’ will justify the invocation of this extraordinary remedy.”…(paragraph 13)

When a federal district court judge presides over a case THAT the Constitution specifically prohibits her from hearing, and even issues a ruling enjoining the enforcement of a State Law, then that federal district court judge usurps power. She is specifically stripped – by Art. III, Sec. 2, clause 2 – of jurisdiction to preside over the case against the STATE of Arizona and against THE GOVERNOR of the STATE of Arizona.

For procedures for filing the Petition for Writ of Mandamus, see Supreme Court Rule 20.

Article IV, Sec. 4, requires the federal government to protect each of the States against invasion. Not only is the illegitimate Obama regime refusing to perform this specific Constitutional duty – it seeks to prohibit the Sovereign STATE of Arizona from defending itself! This lawlessness on the part of the illegitimate Obama regime is unmatched in the history of our country.

They are also offering several “bribes” to con students into using this “mark of the beast” system. They have an offer where you get $5 extra for free every time you add $50 in “campus cash” on the cards. So basically they are giving a 10% discount to everyone who buys w/ the mark of the beast to encourage them to use it. Seems like they are trying to convince sheeple in to associating the cards w/ free money and convenience (two false promises of socialism). One promotion also talks about sending out a “team” to patrol and track you down on campus to give you prizes….

What they don’t realizes is that they are being tracked. Every time they unlock their dorm, enter the gym to work out, buy food at the dorm cafeteria, or buy a soda at a vending machine they are leaving a “digital fingerprint” that shows who they are, where they were, what they bought/did, when they where there, how long they were there, and how much money they have on their account. Combined w/ the network of security cameras and the Facebook pages these fools sign up for, I would say that these students are being tracked even more than Winston Smith was.

This isn’t the only example either… I work at a large State University, and all of the student ID’s and employee ID’s have a RFID chip imbedded in them. The card works as an ID, key card, and debit card. The students add “campus cash” to the card and then use it at vending machines, laundry facilities, meal facilities, and several on campus vendors. The card also works as a key card which uses the RFID to unlock only the doors you have been granted acess too (your dorm or your office). Buidings have surveilance on each doorway, and it snaps a photo each time the RFID triggers the door to unlock. The ID’s are necessary to access and pay for cafeterias in the dorms, the recreation center, gym, etc.

They are basically indoctrinating students to associate an RFID card with their formal Identification, their money, and their keys. What is even worse is that they also offer a “plus” version of the card that is actually a Visa Debit Card (w/ RFID) that is tied to you bank account.

Seems like the only thing missing is the implanted version.

I don’t know about you guys….but I’m a ROB man now! Seriously, he sounds awesome.
Not that Doyel doesn’t rule…but he’s Doyel. Everybody’s doing the Doyel thing now: no-nonsense approach, passel of irretutable facts, refreshingly straight answers to questions you haven’t posed yet. With the exception of the facts, Doyel invented the reality show before show-watchers even knew what reality WAS (or that there was one beyond the limited scope of Sheople Radar).
I’m starting a whole tweet/farcebook/blog/protest page asking that Doyel be officially reprimanded by the Office of Budget and Management, reduced in rank to 3 shows per week instead of 5, and that Rob be granted a $10 billion stimulus grant to expound upon his friendly/throaty message…with the understanding that the Waffen SS will be ultimately responsible for policy decisions.

Great piece. Folks in country have been saying this for years. OEF turned into a goat-rope the minute command went conventional. In 2001-02, SF and the UFMF took the entire country and had completely routed the Taliban and AQ within a few months. A few months. Petraeus has made a couple moves in the right direction. Only time will tell if the brass is serious about winning this war. On a side note, the idea of Barry as C-in-C of our armed forces makes my brain bubble. You can’t have “all of this” and “nothing” at the same time, folks. You can have only one or the other. And if you exist and are conscious and able to ponder the question I pose here, you can safely rule out the idea that you, or anything else for that matter, is “nothing”.

I have seen “all of this”, but I have never seen this “God” everyone keeps talking about. Based on that simple observation, a rational mind, therefore, would deem “God” suspect, indeed not “all of this.” Yet religion tells us just the opposite, that God should be accepted on a whim and that reality should be rejected as a matter of fact.

@telly What exactly is your question? Swiss America Trading was the sole sponsor of the Hour of the Time for many years. During the Waco stand-off in 1993, Craig Smith allowed a message from David Koresh to be played on his national radio show in order to assist in bringing about a resolution to the situation and was duly recognized by the FBI for this contribution. Interestingly, around the same time WWCR — the shortwave station in Nashville, Tennessee that broadcasted HOTT worldwide — was burned to the ground in an act of arson, possibly because they were broadcasting the Hour of the Time. Smith and Swiss America stepped in and helped Bill find another carrier for the show, which I believe was WBCQ in Monticello, Maine. Eventually, HOTT and Swiss America went their separate ways but, according to Bill, there was never any enmity or hard feelings between them. Swiss America is currently sponsoring more mainstream conservative radio talk shows such as Michael Savage and Mark Levin. It’s weird to hear them do the ads. Always reminds me of Bill. Even the phone number’s still the same.

Politics as usual isn’t working. The more meetings I go to, the more people I meet, the more I do, the worse things get. Now, if I were to drop out of politics altogether and things then started to improve — that would be telling me something.

I say we reinstate William Poole’s “Know Nothing” political party and have a go at it that way. We’ll do everything underground and tell everyone that we don’t exist, kinda like Bilderberg, ‘cept we’re not rich.

Cooper never said Adam Weishaupt wrote The Wealth of Nations. He stated that Weishaupt published the book. The first (1776) edition of the book states that it was printed for William Strahan and Thomas Cadell, prominent publishers in London at the time. Strahan was a Scottish Member of Parliament and a personal friend of Benjamin Franklin and given the widespread revolutionary conspirations during the time period may have been involved in some way. Weishaupt was a prolific writer and publisher (to say nothing of his order's influence) and it is possible he was somehow connected to Strahan and/or Cadell and the publishing of this edition or perhaps a later one. There were at least five editions published before Smith's death in 1790 and many others afterward. Perhaps Weishaupt had nothing to with it whatsoever. Either way, I hope this helps and would humbly suggest shifting focus to other more significant issues.
