People over 30 should be dead.

Here's why :

According to today's regulators and bureaucrats, those of us who were kids in the 40's, 50's, 60's, or even maybe the early 70's probably shouldn't have survived.
Our baby cribs were covered with bright colored lead-based paint.
We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets, and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets. (Not to mention the risks we took hitchhiking.)
As children, we would ride in cars with no seatbelts or air bags. Riding in the back of a pickup truck on a warm day was always a special treat.
We drank water from the garden hose and not from a bottle. Horrors!
We ate cupcakes, bread and butter, and drank soda pop with sugar in it, but we were never overweight because we were always outside playing.
We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle, and no one actually died from this.
We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then rode down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem.
We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on. No one was able to reach us all day.
NO CELL PHONES!!!!! Unthinkable!
We did not have Play stations, Nintendo 64, X-Boxes, no video games at all, no 99 channels on cable, video tape movies, surround sound, personal cell phones, personal computers, or Internet chat rooms. We had friends!
We went outside and found them.
We played dodge ball, and sometimes, the ball would really hurt. We fell out of trees, got cut and broke bones and teeth, and there were no lawsuits from these accidents. They were accidents. No one was to blame but us. Remember accidents?
We had fights and punched each other and got black and blue and
Learned to get over it.
We made up games with sticks arid tennis balls and ate worms, and although we were told it would happen, we did not put out very many eyes, nor did the worms live inside us forever.
We rode bikes or walked to a friend's home and knocked on the door, or rang the bell or just walked in and talked to them. Little League had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Some students weren't as smart as others, so they failed a grade and were held back to repeat the same grade. Horrors!
Tests were not adjusted for any reason.
Our actions were our own. Consequences were expected. The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke a law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law. Imagine that!
This generation has produced some of the best risk-takers and problem solvers and inventors, ever. The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.
We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned how to deal with it all. And you're one of them! Congratulations!
Please pass this on to others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before lawyers and government regulated our lives, for our own good!!!!!

Update on Tim Mull's Funeral from Doyel Shamley :

Well, I returned from the services mentally fatigued. There was a good turn out and it was a nice service. They did a video collage of pictures of Tim and all his children set to a musical background. I did get up and speak about Tim and passed on my condolances to everyone from his friends who could not be there. I also grabbed a stack of the funeral programs to send to everyone. His family showed up to include all his kids,his parents and his brothers. Little Rocky and Mayhia read their letters to Tim in front of everyone, it really brought out the emotions. I kept myself composed during my oration to try and give strength to the family. I also threw in alot of funny tid-bits to try and relieve some of the stress of the day. Tim's brother, Jerry, whom I had met before said that I gave a wonderful speech. That is a rare compliment for me because usually when I give a speech it is about something bad. I did end up with a massive stress headache and even took a nap after dinner, another rarity. Needless to say, I did not do the show.
The pastor and some of the brethren at the church, The First Assembly of God, gave testimony about Tim finding Christ about six months ago, being saved and baptized, and realizing that he could no longer fight alone. They said that he had literally tried in the past six months to pour out 44 years of anger and ask for forgiveness and help. I believe that once he was basically done with that, God said "O.K., it's time for you to come home". I would also dare to say that for Tim, it was probably a huge relief to release his past and mistakes to God and probably gave him the relief to quit fighting on his own and move on to a better place. I stressed during my talk that although none of us like to gather for such events, do not feel pity for Tim as he IS in a better place, and having a whole lot more fun then us. I also explained to everyone that I believe his large build was because other things had to make room for his big heart. The pastor conveyed the same thing and said that he imagines Tim is in heaven with two good legs and a good liver, organizing a full contact football scrimage against other angels. I don't doubt that a bit either.
I just wanted to relay the events of the day to everyone, and let everyone rest assured that all went well.

It is with heavy hearts that we must bring you the news of the passing of Tim Mull who passed away yesterday afternoon. Many of you will remember Tim from the conferences or by Bill's numerous references to him on the air. Tim, like Bill, only had one leg and Bill often joked that between the two of them they had a full set of legs.

Tim will be sadly missed by his friends and his family. Please say a prayer for his family.

Tim and his wife, Pauline, often did the radio program in the past, often with Bill, sometimes on their own. Many will remember Tim from the packages you received from the Hour of the Time as he and Pauline filled orders for us for a long time.

God Rest your soul Tim.

Hello all my Dear Family and Friends....
I've have been sending bits of important news and law items and documents to you all throughout the years to further your own individual research efforts regarding your ever continuing and on-going loss of Liberties.... and thus Freedoms. Some of you already know what the 'real' story and 'agenda' is behind all this insanity in our Beloved America. And some of you don't care...and you know who you all are. The reason may be that you haven't been affected by any of the subjugation of the Constitution directly. Or you think that it is not possible. You may be in business for yourself, and ...well, ..'business is good' right now, so you don't 'see' any problems with your loss of Constitutional Rights. Some of you don't even own a copy of the Constitution or if you do..haven't ever read it. So, you don't know what Rights you actually have lost. Which in the subjugation of them...and the enactment of totalitarian socialist-communist laws, they have been implemented quietly...covertly, and although they aren't affecting you now...( for some of us anyway... and I can't include myself in that group because I already am experiencing..and have been for some time now..these eradications of our Constitutional Rights),...somewhere down the road...they will,...and some of them were 'designed' to be implemented later on...when they will work 'hand in hand' with other draconian laws already on the books....and you'll be asking yourself, when it does become very evident to you that something is wrong,...."Gee...what the hell happened?...How did this get this way?....Why didn't anybody say anything to warn me?..... Why didn't I see this in the 'news' on t.v.? (the news media is controlled by these very same people who want to control you) ...What gives these politicians the right to take my Rights away?...Rights that are guaranteed by the "Constitution of the united States of America" ... You have given your Rights away because for one...you don't really know what they are, ... you believe..or like to believe...in your elected representatives that you voted for...that is IF you vote... and that is a whole other issue, because our voting system has been compromised by these same people who are covertly subjugating your Liberties,... And you don't understand that the Constitution IS the united States of America. You see, once the Constitution is 'Officially' scrapped....America ceases to exist. This Land of ours will just be another 'Land Mass' and a 'Nation State' of the united nations and thus the new world order. You will then see a very radical change in our country. It is happening now throughout our Country in small pockets of socialist-communist activism, operating behind a "veil". This "veil" hides the fact that we are being overcome, ...being controlled, ....while at the same time paving the way for this 'new world order'. The 'new world order' that Hitler talked of with the "supermen" he boosted of that will be its part creators and inheritors. The same 'new world order' that Jimmy Carter spoke of.... that Ronald Reagan spoke of...that George Bush Sr. spoke of.... that Bill Clinton spoke of...and that good ole' "G.W" speaks of. And that's just to name a FEW. These people<?>....speak through 'symbology'. As when Bush Sr., in his late presidency, spoke of, in several of his speeches the, "thousand points of light". Just what do YOU think he was referring to anyway? He was referring to all the; 'adepts'..the 'light workers',...the 'high priests' who are putting forth this very same agenda of the 'new world order'. He even started a foundation called the "Thousand Points of Light Foundation". It was advertised on t.v. awhile back. This is, blatant-in your face mind control...which most people just don't get. The so-called 'modern man' is the ideal candidate for this. Modern Man thinks he is to sophisticated to be manipulated with mind control 'weapons'. And so because of Modern Mans apathy, ignorance and just down right stupidity...he becomes affected by it because he is the prime candidate, (read that 'sucker) for it. That's what mind control is all about...one of the main aspects of it. To control a persons mind, or in our case...a whole countries mind. To slowly take control. To slowly subjugate and restrict our freedoms...our Liberties...until we find ourselves in a situation where we will ultimately have to succumb to the totalitarianism and be more slaves than we are today...or we eventually fight this ...either individually ( which is what is going on today for many of us..especially in the courts of law<?> ) ... or we will band together to fight a bloody battle and many of us will die in the process to TRY and re-gain our Liberties and Freedoms. Remember this...our children will have to suffer the brunt of all these 'things' that WE allow these nazis in government to get away with. Don't you know, you ..as an American Citizen you have an Obligation? That Obligation is to your Country.. and your Country IS the CONSTITUTION. We are ALL supposed to be 'watch-dogs' of this REPUBLIC. For the most part...allot of Americans failed miserably at it. A great man, now deceased..well...murdered is a better term because that is what happened to him, once said, ..."if you want to know what is wrong with America...just go into your bathroom and look into the mirror"... ( William Cooper; 5/6/1943 - 11/6/2001 http://www.hourofthetime.com ) I have been told that, "I can not save the world". well, that may be true. BUT...there have been men and women throughout the course of history who have made a difference, who have awoken the "sheople" and caused them to Think. And thus have 'changed the world'. Some for good...other for bad. If we work 'collectively'...no matter how insignificant it may seem to us individually...we are doing 'something'.. to preserve our Liberties and Freedoms, for ourselves AND our children...and their children. I know some of you will see this and automatically delete it because your thinking..."ohh...Tony's ranting and raving again...I don't need to know all this b.s. ...and he's just paranoid". Paranoia has nothing to do with seeking the truth and revealing it to those who don't know of it. 'Concern' for ones welfare...and his fellow man and only Country in the history of the world were men and women had their God-given Rights recognized and protected by a sacred document called the Constitution, can not be termed as 'paranoia'. Most people think that they'll get a 'fair shake' when it comes to our judicial system if they ever have to come in contact and be involved with it, after all...this is America isn't it? Some of you may already have been involved with it and can't for the life of you ..figure out how come you 'came out of it' so 'screwed'. Well...read the messages below and understand that this is just a part of the 'program' to attain "THEIR" 'agenda' of a 'new world order'. The same 'new world order' that was touted by the very people you may have voted for in the past. It is like handing a murderer a knife and just allowing him to discreetly cut your throat slowly...and robbing you at the same time of all your wealth, property and family. Family?...you say ..."now Tony has gone off the deep-end...how can they take my family"? Well .."THEY" already have ! Because when this country went bankrupt, it pledged to the international bankers everyone of us! And that includes those who aren't born yet. and that was the first year "We The People" were required to have birth certificates. WE are the 'collateral'...our labors...our children. Oh...and lets not forget God either. Because He no longer comes first in this country through our laws because He too has been subjugated right out of existence. And if you know anything at all of history, you know that a country that had done that doesn't stay on 'top of the heap' to long. In fact, the 'subversive intellectuals' who help get a dictator into office, are the first ones to 'go' , while a select few remain when the dictator finally attains full power and are rewarded for their efforts by being appointed offices or positions of an even more draconian nature over the people than they had before. You can see this very same thing happening right now in America. Homeland Security is one. Did you know that if your a Christian and believe in the Constitution that you are a possible terrorist? Read the Patriot Act and find out. It will be used to round up all the True Patriots and Christians one day in the future.
Now...when you read the content below...remember..your tax dollars are paying these people! They make a living from your money...to subjugate our Rights - our Constitution. They get a nice paycheck every week, while you get laid-off, they get a nice pension check when they retire....some of them for life,....for subjugating our Rights - and our Constitution. WE PAY THEM, FOR THEM TO TAKE OUR LIBERTY, FREEDOM & COUNTRY AWAY FROM US !!! Makes a helluva allot of sense..now doesn't it?....

Fearful of growing backlash from the public against arbitrary, prejudiced, and even malicious judgments that are protected by judicial immunity, judges have banded together under government sponsorship to devise means of defending themselves from aggrieved and increasingly militant pro se litigants.

The Anti-Government Movement Handbook is a training manual for judgesand court staff against pro se litigants, published in 1999 by theNational Center for the State Courts (NCSC) in Williamsburg,Virginia. This book, along with Dealing With Common Law Courts: A
Model Curriculum for Judges and Court Staff, published in 1997 by NCSC, was developed from an Institute for Course Management (ICM) course on dealing with common law courts, held in Scottsdale, Arizona, February 5-7, 1997.
The curriculum and manuals for this course were prepared with a grant from the State Justice Institute: Award No. SJI-96-02B-B-159, "The Rise of Common Law Courts in the United States: An Examination of the Movement, the Potential Impact on the Judiciary, and How the States Could Respond." The State Justice Institute (SJI) is a non-profit, 501C(3) corporation that was started in 1986 and funded by Congress to develop courses and training manuals for state courts and judicial training organizations.
This course and training manuals were developed by a group of 27 judges, court clerks, court administrators, and prosecutors in Arizona who examined the history and procedures of the Common Law Court Movement (CLC) and created the training curriculum and responses that courts, judges, and court administrators can use when dealing with common law courts in their own jurisdictions. My contact at the conference said that one of its goals was to identify ways the courts can make preemptive strikes against the CLC movement.
Some of the keynote speakers who helped produce the CLC course in Arizona were Chief Justice Thomas Moyer of Columbus, Ohio, T.C. Brown of Columbus, Ohio (a reporter for the Cleveland Plain Dealer), and Jonathan Mozzochi, Executive Director of the Coalition for Human
Dignity in Seattle, Washington. Mozzochi, who distributed Guns and Gavels, a publication of the Coalition, was listed as "a nationally recognized expert on militias and hate group activity." The Coalition is like a west coast version of the Southern Poverty Law Center
(SPLC).
I originally found out about this course by watching a videotaped session of the 1996 combined conference of the Conference of ChiefJustices (CCJ) and the Conference of State Court Administrators (COSCA), held in Nashville, Tennessee in the summer of 1996 and
called "Impact of the Common Law Court Movement on the Courts." More than 50 state Supreme Court justices and state court administrators attended the Tennessee conference. The CLC session was taped with a grant from SJI. Keynote speakers were Michael Reynolds, senior intelligence analyst for the SPLC, and James Reynolds, chief of the Terrorism and Violent Crime Section, U.S. Department of Justice.
The panel discussion included Susan Hansen, senior reporter with American Lawyer, Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Moyer (past president of CCJ), Utah Supreme Court Justice Michael Zimmerman, and Judges Jeffrey Langton and Gregory Mohr from Montana. The taped session was more than three hours long. At the end of the session, one of the speakers mentioned that there was funding for additional CLC conferences. I immediately called ICM, located at NCSC in Virginia, and asked about the additional CLC conferences. My contact told me that a Scottsdale conference was going to take place in about three days. Since those two conferences, there have been additional conferences sponsored by SJI with other organizations. SJI sponsored a conference with the American Judicature Society in
Scottsdale, Arizona in November, 1999 that was closed to the public and the press. There will also be an ICM course in Orlando, Florida on February 5-7, 2001 called "Increasing Access to Justice for Pro Se Litigants," with that organization's perception of what "access"
means.
"Constitutionalists in Court" was held in the St. Paul-Minneapolis, Minnesota area in the summer of 2000 by the National Judicial College (NJC) of Reno, Nevada, and the same course was held again November 13-14, 2000, also at NJC in Reno. This course discusses the history of protest movements affecting the judiciary, identifies typical challenges and ways to handle them, anticipates courtroom security needs, and plans solutions and strategies.
NJC, together with the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), conducted a survey, developed material for their courses from SJI materials and grants, and published a brief report called "Right-Wing Extremist Challenges to the Authority and Jurisdiction of the Court" in 1998.
This course and report contains a preemptive plan against pro se litigants and others who may disagree with the court, including the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Native American protest groups, religious organizations, and anyone else who may take issue
with a court decision. The information from NJC is so controversial that NJC has banned its course and conference materials from the public, but their library and the SJI repository is open to the public.
I originally started researching judicial training organizations in 1996 after I was denied an inheritance by the New Jersey court system when my parents died and was also denied entrance to a conference and course materials at NJC in May, 1996, called "The National Conference on the Media and the Courts: Working Together to Serve the American
People." The media conference was closed to the public. Only one New Jersey judge, Martin Kravarick, attended that conference. Judge Kravarick was elected president of the American Judges Association (AJA), a judge's organization under NCSC. AJA publishes a quarterly
journal called Court Review, available in your local law library, by subscription, or through interlibrary loan.
I first found out about the judicial movement against pro se litigants and the CLC movement by reading Kravarick's "President's Message" in the Fall, 1996 issue of Court Review. I called Judge Kravarick for more information on what the CLC movement was all about, and he gave me some additional contact information. I called Mike Reynolds of SPLC, and he told me there were four conference proceedings and that the conference was taped. I waited over three
months to get a copy of the tape, "Impact of the Common Law Movement on the Courts." That tape is available through interlibrary loan from NCSC along with the training manuals mentioned above.
Each state has an SJI repository for all publications put out by the organizations they have funded. For example, the repository in Nevada is at NJC in Reno. In New Jersey, the SJI repository is at the New Jersey State Library in Trenton. You can check out these training
manuals with a New Jersey library card. You can also find out where your SJI repository is by looking it up on the Internet at http://www.statejustice.org by calling SJI at 703-684-6100, or by writing to the State Justice Institute, 1650 King street, Alexandria,
VA 22314.
SJI is funded by Congress with your tax dollars. If you don't like the courses and materials they are funding, you can write to your senator or congressman, or directly to SJI and ask them to stop funding these materials. SJI gets very few letters from the public, and I'm sure they would love to hear from you. When you get to their Web site, read and download the newsletters. Most of their new grants are in their newsletters.
The National Center for State Courts is an umbrella organization for several judges' organizations such as the National College of Probate judges (NCPJ), AJA, CCJ, COSCA, ICM and others. I have been a member of NCPJ since 1996 and have attended four judges' conferences. The most controversial and harmful material against the public is coming
from NJC and NCSC materials, two agencies that compete with each other for SJI and federal government funding.
In the training manuals mentioned above, there are two sections in each book where the writers advise judges and court personnel such as court clerks and guards on how to handle pro se litigants using a step-by-step process. The writers of these manuals reveal a court
that is biased and has a dangerous point of view about justice and equal access in the court system.

New Video Out Now! This CNN interview with Bill was shot in a private hotel suite in Atlanta near the beginning of the 90s. Bill details for the reporters the history and underlying causes behind the forces trying to subvert our republic.
Good video and audio – over 1 hour in length. He details the information so well even the skeptical reporters are citing his info back to Bill by the end of the interview. Excellent starting point for beginner researchers and a classic collectable for those more advanced.
